Requesting an explanation for GUI Collision


I know there are already topics on this but I still do not understand what they mean. All I know is that it uses AbsolutePosition but nothing else.
Hello everyone! Today I want to ask a question. I want to know more about GUI collisions. I have a UI element in my game where you can chase pellets but your character is a image label. I have wanted to make the pellets destroy when touched by the character but i don't know how to achieve this. GUI Collisions are the answer, but from the research i've done and the models that i've searched for I still don't understand. There was something on devHub but that's been taken down. If anyone can explain GUI Collisions it will be very appreciated.
