RequireAutocomplete Plugin

RequireAutocompleteLite

A simple plugin that autocompletes require() for modules and GetService() for services.

Features

  • Default trigger prefix is ; (customizable)
  • Toggle plugin on/off anytime
  • Settings UI included

Start typing with ;, like ;RS, ;MyMod, or ;Players

local Players = game:GetService(“Players”)

Already using Players? It just inserts:

The plugin works as it should but It causes massive performance issues. As soon as I got the plugin my game started taking extremely long to load in even when I was just testing a single part. As soon as I disabled it things went back to normal.

thx for the feedback , i’m currently working for a fix the performance issues

I’ve just pushed a performance update that addresses the performance issues

Optimized how modules are scanned (no more global GetDescendants)

Cache updates are now incremental and way more efficient

Give it a try and let me know if you’re still seeing any lag or odd behavior — appreciate your feedback a lot!

Changelog (v3.5):

1. • Add support for remote instances

2. • RemoteEvent, RemoteFunction, BindableEvent, BindableFunction, UnreliableRemoteEvent

3. • Include remotes in autocomplete suggestions

Would it be possible if replicated storage is already defined to do local GameModeChanged = ReplicatedStorage.Assets.Remotes.GameModeChanged instead of typing out the service again

thx for your feedback, working on that

if service already defined will auto

local GameModeChanged = ReplicatedStorage.Assets.Remotes.GameModeChanged

My only complaint is that every time I playtest a game, the settings menu pops up and I have to close it, which gets tedious very quickly.

The UI looks great, but the code genuinely seems AI-generated. very disappointing, honestly.
even the ui is hardcoded with instance.new values.
