When I rejoined the game and loaded my restaurant, one of the sign texts that said “Exit” was now censored with a hashtag (####). The censored text should be changed to a restaurant name instead. On one of the sign texts, I typed “Exit only”, and the text name was censored with a hashtag (#########). When typing a text that’s going to be censored with a hashtag (#), it should not be displayed on the sign and instead, an error message will pop up, saying “That text was filtered. Please try again.”. But the good news is that when I tried again on typing “Exit”, it was not censored.
…I don’t think you should ask the devforum about this?
Try using their group instead
