Hello! This is my first time posting, and in this post I am futuring a restaurant/cafe that’s going for sale soon!
Before I sell it, I would like some feedback about what I can improve, what I can add more etc.
Any feedback would be loved.
Don’t be scared to go hard if there’s anything you don’t like.

Hey there! Looks great, I really enjoy the use of Brick within the build, however I feel like concrete would further suit the place instead of Cobblestone, that’s all from me for now.

Requires some interior and improvements to the landscape. Other than that looks pretty neat.
Looks great! I love how much detail you added to the walls, it looks very modern.
However, I have a few suggestions to help improve the design:
Add some interior to it, you could try adding flowers, candles, plates, glasses, menu cards to the tables. You could also add money jars, glasses, shelves, cashiers, etc to the counter.
Thirdly, you should try adding to the kitchen area, things like machines, glasses, plates, fridges, and ovens could be added.
Add some terrain to the outside, you could add trees, grass, rocks, logs, sticks, etc. You could also try changing the ground to a low-poly style, the paths could be a light or darker grey than the road too.
Okay, sounds awesome! I’ll add in these things now, and I’ll come with results later.

Looks amazing, Maybe add more to it as it is a little plain.
Will do more now, but that’s what I have done so far!
That’s it for today, done most of the things you guys said such as added tills, vases with a “flower” etc.
I really like it. I would buy it if I had the robux. The lighting is very good and the furniture looks nice.
What you could focus on next
I would focus on adding more chairs/items to the interior, as others have said. The interior looks quite bland.
Other than that, good job.

A bit empty in detail I would add trees and plants to it
I did, as you can see in later images. 
I only see one chair and table, maybe add a few more! 
I also think you should add a fire place in the middle and have the restaurant name on it!

Woah! This good right of the bat! Try adding paintings around the walls, plants, fountain, and add like different materials on the floor like a carpet, marble, etc… I suggest in the concrete area the kitchen I would add a different texture because it looks so bland. The outside looks empty but I am sure you would add trees etc… But I love it so far, keep up the work!

Quite impressive, you could sell it for easily 5 - 10K without tax.
If you want, I can hire you for a percentage of my cafe, 15 - 30% profit on all sales.

Really nice use of textures! Also you give off a cartoon style, not too much but noticeable which makes it look AWESOME!
Overall I would just stick to adding more and removing anything that doesn’t fit.

I really like this style of Cafe buildings. But some things could be better, nothing can be perfect.
Anyways, it’s kinda empty in the second building. I would sell it for 8K+ Robux! That’s all i can say, since i like it.
