This very bubbley style is something you don’t see everywhere and it’s rare to see someone really going for this style thoroughly and implementing it with cohesiveness.
Altough this is just a sketch, in your case it’s important to turn up the contrast quite a bit in the final version, something often overlooked when the initial sketch is so low contrast.
So the two things I would suggest you to implement is a sharper, higher contrast look and the usage of the elements where it makes sense. Imagine a golf game where the indented element on top displays how many holes in one you shot and the ball with the eyes stands for the golf ball itself — truly playful.
Thanks man, got it. ![]()
A bit of a more visible gradient.
Got it. (said it twice, sorry)![]()
Changed game UI picture, right NOW (7:43 pm)
I can’t see anything on this UI. From what I can make out, it looks good. But far too bright with very little contrast. I have to strain my eyes to read text.
Yeah… I understand what you’re saying, my guy ![]()
But honestly, I like it a bit dreamy and soft
It does look good don’t get me wrong but I would not play a game that has UI like this because my eyes would start hurting lmao
You really need to increase the contrast, I can barely make out any of the UI elements.
It doesn’t matter what you like, it matters what the user will like and how usable it will be. Yes, it should match the game design’s style, but this is not at all readable and people will quickly leave.
