🌴 Conduct Code
Clothing
All avatar items worn in our facility must be appropriate, and non-disruptive. Failure to abide is subject to moderation.
Bypassing
The Roblox chat filter is in place for a reason, do not work around it. Failure to abide is subject to moderation per Roblox’s ToS.
Trolling/Disruptive Behavior
Any form of disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Failure to abide is subject to moderation.
Exploiting
Exploiting is prohibited per Roblox ToS. Failure to abide is subject to moderation.
🥭 Punishment Protocol
Note that Reysos Kitchen is a relatively lenient establishment in terms of moderation, even with that being said it is expected you stay within our conduct code.
Trolling: Kick → Server Ban
Bypassing: Permanent Ban
Exploiting: Permanent Ban
Chat Spam: Kick → Server Ban
Glitching: Respawn → Kick → Permanent Ban
Advertising: Reminder → Kick → Server Ban
Raiding: Permanent Ban
Inappropriate or Disruptive Behavior/Avatar: Kick → Server Ban
Inappropriate Username: Permanent Ban
Bigotry or Racism of any kind: Permanent Ban
Any loopholes to our rules that attempt to make your behavior seem to be out of line with our punishment protocol is subject to an immediate permanent ban per the Super Rank Team.
🍌 Rank Information
Non-Staff Ranks
Customer
Customers are the most important rank at Reysos Kitchen. Without the Customer, our staff would have no one to serve. Customers are permitted to attend a training session and rank up to server.
Honored Member
This is a generally unachievable rank reserved for former High Ranks and Super Ranks.
Suspended
This is a generally unachievable rank. The Suspended rank is assigned as a punishment by the High Rank or Super Rank Team. The Suspended rank can be held temporarily by Low Ranks, and Middle Ranks usually for 5-14 days.
[-] Contributor
This is a generally unachievable rank reserved for former Developers, or notable individuals that have made notable contributions to Reysos Kitchen.
[-] Active Developer
Active Developer is a rank reserved for Developers currently contracted by Reysos Kitchen. Once their contract ends, they will be ranked to [-] Contributor.
Low Ranks
Server
Server is the first staff rank. Those who hold the Server rank have just started their journey at Reysos Kitchen, and are learning from their other staff members. Servers are not permitted to serve customers at the counter.
Experienced Server
Experienced Servers are Low Rank staff that have showed decent amounts of knowledge towards their position as a Low Rank, and have been promoted to Experienced Server as a reward.
Senior Server
Senior Servers are the most knowledgeable Low Ranks. Individuals that hold the Senior Server rank have been promoted from Experienced Server to show that they are now ready for a possible promotion to our Executive Team.
Middle Ranks
Administrative Intern | Rank Limit: unlimited
Administrative Intern is the first Middle Rank. Those that hold the Administrative Intern rank have showed dedication in our establishments, and have been noticed by the Executive Team. Administrative Interns have Assistant Moderator permissions in our establishments.
Supervisor | Rank Limit: Undefined, but not unlimited
Those that hold the Supervisor rank have showed that they hold knowledge of Reysos Kitchen and how to be an effective member of our Executive Team, and have therefore been promoted. Supervisors have Assistant Moderator permissions in our establishments.
Manager | Rank Limit: Undefined, but not unlimited
Managers are individuals that have been extremely dedicated to Reysos Kitchen, and have earned their long awaited Manager promotion. Managers have the ability to host training sessions, and promote Low Rank staff in the restaurant, which their previous ranks did not. Managers have Moderator permissions in our establishments.
Senior Manager | Rank Limit: Undefined, but not unlimited
Senior Managers are dedicated individuals that have large amounts of experience as a Middle Rank. Senior Manager is typically the rank Middle Ranks hold the longest. Their responsibilities are equal to those of a Manager. Senior Managers have Moderator Permissions in our establishments.
Executive Intern | Rank Limit: 20
Executive Intern is the final Middle Rank, and the most sought after Middle Rank. Executive Intern is the first rank with a set rank limit. Executive Interns are now able to host shifts in our restaurant. Other than this, their responsibilities are equal to those of a Senior Manager. Executive Interns have Administrator permissions in our establishments.
High Ranks
Executive Assistant | Rank Limit: 17
Executive Intern is the first High Rank. Executive Assistants are now able to promote Senior Servers to Administrative Intern. They are also permitted to promote Administrative Interns to Supervisor of they deem them fit. Executive Assistants have Administrator permissions in our establishments.
Board of Executives | Rank Limit: 15
Those that hold the Board of Executives rank have similar responsibilities to Executive Assistants, but they now have the ability to promote Middle Ranks beyond Supervisor. Those on the Board of Executives have Administrator Permissions in our establishments.
Chief Administrative Officer | Rank Limit: 10
Chief Administrative Officer is the rank that High Ranks typically hold the longest. Chief Administrative Officers are no longer held to in-game activity requirements. Chief Administrative Officers have Administrator permissions in our establishments.
Administration Overseers | Rank Limit: 7
Administration Overseers is the final High Rank. These individuals are some of the most Senior administrators at Reysos Kitchen. They answer directly to the Super Rank Team for all matters. Administration Overseers have Super Administrator permissions at our establishments.
Super Ranks
Presidential Board | Rank Limit: 4
Members of the Presidential Board assist the President and Vice President in all tasks. Members of the Presidential Board have Super Administrator permissions at our establishments.
Vice President | Rank Limit: 2
The Vice Presidents are the Co-Owners of Reysos Kitchen. Vice Presidents have Super Administrator permissions at our establishments.
President | Rank Limit: 1
The President is the Owner of Reysos Kitchen. The President rank is unachievable. The President has Head Administrator permissions at our establishments.
🥝 Senior Server Promotion Guide
Following these steps will help Senior Servers achieve their promotion to Administrative Intern.
Don’t hint, or make it obvious to our Executives that you clearly desire a promotion
Use understandable sentences
Aim for 30 minutes in our restaurant a day
Be a member of our communications server
Don’t change your behavior when an Executive is in your server, be yourself
Don’t mini-mod or try to supervise
