Rig Animation Acting Strange

Hi! So I’m using this model: Donation Board - Roblox
It has a rig that does a little dance but it seems the torso is the only thing doing the animation. I’m wondering what’s happening. Here’s the game so you can see how the animation is working Vibe Pool - Roblox

Is the rig/model anchored or welded? If so that’s probably the cause.

its not anchored, i just checked

So I anchored and its fixed now.
