This is absolutely ridiculous. Rights manager is marketed as a superior form of managing IP compared to the email DMCA system, yet is constantly riddled with issues that render it completely broken.
Tell me why I’ve filed FOUR separate DMCA claims, with none of them being acknowledged, the latest being made over two weeks ago. There is no reason that I should be waiting this long to receive action on stolen content. No wonder stolen items are such a problem on this website, items that are hosted on the bestselling are blatantly ignored when you try and take them down.
FYI, I’ve done this same claim on another item that’s stolen my texture and it has been accepted in the last month. But the current staff, or whatever workflow is being used here is not effective at all.
Expected behavior
DMCA claims should take no more than a few days. Taking this long allows for creators to willingly steal and reupload other peoples content without penalties for weeks.
Hey, update, my DMCA got approved but the decal wasn’t taken down at all? They literally approved it and then kept the stolen content up. DMCA process is really broken right now
This doesn’t resolve my issue neither is it relevant. I’ve sent a DMCA claim over 2 months ago and it hasn’t been accepted, so why?

This is a scam item, designed to deceive users into believing it is a real Korblox leg. It was created shortly after layered clothing creations I made after the Korblox leg were deleted, and this entire group is an impersonation of that store.
I’ve sent 3 different DMCAS, and they’ve been permanently pending since they were sent into Roblox’s right manager. At this point I have reason to believe you are withholding my request to delete this item for a reason.

This scam item has a total of 22k favorites, if even just 3 people bought it for each favorite you earned a total of $3,500 dollars from this item. So what’s the real issue here? is it that you don’t want to accept my DMCA request because you want the money earned from a scam item, or that you genuinely think this problem should be closed.
Even my dmca mails are taking ages to respond , considering the clothings stealing are probably getting sales meanwhile the dmca team takes ages to take them down
Your account being deleted is directly related to your issue because in order to use Rights Manager and have it operate properly, your account must not be terminated from Roblox’s services. If you have a dispute with Roblox (and since your account is deleted, I assume there is one, common sense), according to the Terms of Use, User Terms Section 11, you need to resolve the dispute with Roblox first. After that, if you still experience the same problem, you can report the bug again.
Completely ignoring the fact he made this report 2 months ago when he both sent the request and when his account wasn’t terminated, but okay. This guy only restates the rules on forum posts where they don’t apply, anyone wanna collaborate on a post to withhold his access to the forums?
