Rights Manager "Accepted" Claims – Assets Still Live

I am using Rights Manager to claim reuploads of my original UGC emotes. Multiple claims are now marked as Accepted in my dashboard, but the infringing assets are still live on the Roblox website and have not been removed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to Creator Dashboard → Intellectual Property → Rights Manager.

  2. Create a new claim against a reuploaded version of one of my emotes

  3. Wait for the claim to process.

  4. Check the dashboard after ~1 week — the claim status changes to “Accepted” automatically.

  5. Visit the claimed asset page on the Roblox website (catalog link) — the asset is still available for purchase/use and has not been taken down.

Observed behavior:

  • Claims auto-accept after ~7 days with no manual review/response.

  • Accepted status does not result in asset removal.

  • Before end of January 2026, claims usually received a response within 24 hours and infringing assets were removed quickly if approved.

  • Now, claims take about one week to auto-accept, with no response unless the asset was uploaded by a group (group uploads get escalated and reviewed within 24 hours).

  • Claims against user-owned assets auto-accept but stay stuck, no removal occurs.

  • I’ve also talked to other creators, and they still receive responses to their claims within 24 hours while I have to wait a week now.

  • Emails to copyright_agent@roblox.com result in duplicate tickets or generic templates that do not resolve the removal delay.

Expected behavior

I expect that once a claim is marked as Accepted in Rights Manager, the infringing asset should be automatically removed from the Roblox catalog/marketplace within a reasonable time (ideally within 24–48 hours, as it worked before end of January 2026). The asset should no longer be visible, purchasable, or equippable by users, and I should receive a notification confirming removal.
