Rise Cafe - Codex

Everything you need to know about Rise Cafe is found here. Make sure to read the whole thing. With any questions, ask an SHR+.

1. General Rules

  1. Be respectful to everyone inside the group and in group game servers.

  2. Swearing or discrimination towards any other is completely not allowed.

  3. If you are late to any kind of official group event, please do not try to sneak in or get in by any
    means.

  4. Refunds for gamepasses will only occur if the gamepass in question is malfunctioning or is broken.

  5. Admin abuse is not tolerated in group games. If seen, report to a SHR+.

  6. Exploiting, flaming, glitching, spamming, advertising or other malicious behavior will not be tolerated.

  7. Exploiting is not allowed at any of Rise Cafe games. If any signs of exploiting are seen, it will result in a permanent ban. If an exploiter is in your server, report to a SHR+ immediately.

If you see anyone breaking these roles, please contact an SHR with evidence.

The violation of any of the above rules can result in any combination of the following consequences: Warning, Kicks, Demotions, Bans, or Exiles.

2. Dress Code
We want to present to our customers as a professional service. Therefore, when on-duty at the cafe, you must always be wearing a semi-formal outfit. This does not mean you need to wear a suit or dress, but you only need to look presentable. Using your common sense, you can probably know what is not allowed. If you are seen not following the dress code, it will result in warnings or a demotion.

3. Behavior
When on-duty at the cafe, you must act professionally in front of the customers. This means we do not want to see Rise Cafe workers lacking grammar, yelling/screaming at people, making vulgar jokes, treating others with disrespect, insulting anyone, trolling, or gossiping. If you are caught with immature behavior, it will result in a warning or demotion.

4. Ranking Guide
This document outlines the expectations and requirements of each rank in Rise Cafe. Promotions are given when the requirements for a rank are reached.

Trainings
A training can be hosted by HRs. These take place at the training center. The first part of training is the real situation testing. Each of the LRs attending the training will go up to a register and wait for the trainers to come to them. The trainer and co-host will go up to each person and evaluate them out of 5 points based on their greeting, speed (how fast they get the order to their customer) and their grammar.
Then, you move on to the second part of the training, the questioning. There will be five questions, and each question is worth one point. This means the questioning part of the training is worth 5 points. The LRs attending the training will take a seat and whisper the answers to the trainers. The five questions you ask are listed below. If you are the HR hosting the training, you should be looking for response time, grammar usage, and the relevance of the answer.

  1. Why do you want to work for Rise Cafe?
  2. Where do you see your future in Rise Cafe?
  3. What are some unique characteristics you possess?
  4. Why are you better than other workers?
  5. What’s your greatest strength?

After both parts, you will add together their points from both parts, to a maximum of 10. You can keep track of their points by naming them their amount of points next to their username, with the ;name (username) command. If an LR meets the number of points required to rank up, the HR will promote the LR.

MR Test
To become a MR, you must attend a MR Test hosted by an HR+ to see if you have good knowledge of the admin commands and what your job is as a MR.
In a MR test, the HR will ask the MR taking the test these questions.

  1. What are the responsibilities of a MR?
  2. Give me examples of what commands you are allowed to use and what commands you cannot use.
  3. Are you in the dizzy group?
If the MR passes, the HR will give the MR moderator (not admin) in the cafe, and rank them up in the group.
