Ro-Quatica Park Leadership Openings:
Ro-Quatica is soon to be the first team-member ran waterpark on ROBLOX with a realistic Department-Leadership style! Our department’s across the park include Park Maintenance, Guest Relations, Food Operations, The Water Safety Team and finally the security team.

The following spots are open for Park Leadership.
Senior Vice President
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations
- Initiate strategies to enhance the company’s growth.
- Collaborate with other Park Leaders to decide on business strategies
- Supervise and oversee the customer relations services.
- Develop innovative methods to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Build and approve department hiring plans
- Assist and support other heads of departments in implementing strategies.
- Guide and support Vice President’s and Operation Leaders
–Reports to the Park President
Vice President of Operations
- Supervises all aspects of Park Operations including the Maintenance Team, Guest Relations, Food Operations, the Water Safety Team and the Security team.
- Provides team-development to Operation Leaders for their department to run more smoothly.
- Responsible for the hiring and training of Operation Leaders for Departments
- Willing to understand and learn the Standard Operating Procedures of the Park
- Effectively communicate with the Park President, other Park Leaders and Department Operations Leaders.
- Have the ability to multi-task and be made available when needed for emergencies if departmental-issues arise.
–Reports to the Senior Vice President
Vice President of Corporate
- Supervises all aspects of recruitment and department hiring.
- Responsible for department and park leadership conduct and uphold behavioral standards.
- Supervises actions taken against team-members, leadership members and oversees to approve department separations, transfers and terminations.
- Responsible for the hiring of Executive Leadership Team.
- Effectively communicates with the Park President, other park leaders and department operations.
- Willing to understand and learn the Standard Operating Procedures of the Park
–Reports to the Senior Vice President
Vice President of Consumer Experience
- Supervises all aspects of entertainment, park quality and progress for consumer experience.
- Works along side of the Guest Relations Department to progress consumer complaint or compliments
- Responsible for taking note of park development, aesthetics and future development plans.
- Design, coordinate events for the park during specific times of the year and throughout.
- Effective communication with the Park President and other park leadership members.
- Willing to learn and understand the operating procedures for the park.

Vice President of Information
- Assists with the Vice President of Consumer Experience to help make announcements of up-coming events
- Assists the Human Resources Department in posting job-openings and recruitment.
- Responsible for making and posting event information or park information provided by Park Leaders
- Supervises assigned aspects of guest relations in order to release information about the park.
- Effective communication with the Park President and other park leadership members.
- Willing to learn and understand the operating procedures for the park.
- Other duties as assigned by the Park President

Each department has it’s unique contribution to the park. Park Leadership plays an important role in our everyday to day operations of the park.
