Hello, I’m glad to see a lot of people reporting their false terminations as it shows I am not alone. A week and a half ago, an account of mine was falsely terminated for the default starter place/game every account receives when they sign up. I wasn’t the only one in the last 3 weeks to be falsely terminated for ‘sexual content’ even though it is a default baseplate place.
I probably triggered a false positive by joining it to test a new device and friended the other accounts in that place, and the automatic moderation probably thought it was a bad place because I was kicked and terminated for ‘sexual content’ even though I did not break TOS because it is a default starter place:
I looked across many different sites to see if I was alone or not and I found several other people terminated for their default starter places around the time I did. There are 4 different people on reddit and another on twitter that I’m not sure if I can post links for here. I also found some other reports with terminations for places with nothing wrong with them. Someone on here got falsely terminated for the same as me too:
There have been other false ‘sexual content’ terminations for other things like images that have nothing wrong with them too, I’ll post one example on here but there are so much more:
The worst part is our appeals got falsely rejected and we aren’t even allowed to see what was so ‘sexual’ about our starter places. If a human moderator took less than 30 seconds to check my account’s join date and join time, then checked the AI moderated place’s creation time and the update history, they would realise it cannot possibly be sexual content as I never updated my default starter place.
I hope to raise further awareness of this false ban wave so roblox staff realise there is a flaw in their automated detection, and get a human moderator’s attention to have all of these false sexual content place terminations fairly reviewed and moderated in full context.

Unfortunately this does absolutely nothing. Roblox staff likely won’t see this, especially not the people who’d be able to fix it.
Please make a bug report about getting moderation from a baseplate and the appeals system not working. It’s your best shot as that’s where staff would be. It’d be Bug Reports > Other Bugs
I can move it there, but I figured I’d post this here because pumpky had similar and was redirected here, and there is another post on this section about exactly this, so I thought here would be the best place on top of all the false terminations being posted on this section.
Yeah, this is what happened to me. More and more people keep posting about reddit about having the same, all these reports within the last 3 weeks. All our appeals get wrongfully denied too…
