This is a continued version of a post I made almost a month ago regarding this topic. There still has been no solution to this issue that has been happening to me since the 14th of August. Next month will make 2 months since this issue has started occurring and I have not heard any update from Roblox since the last response on my original post. For those who don’t know I have created over 10 different campaigns for a game I’ve been trying to advertise but it would just be blank showing no stats. The picture below shows what I am talking about:
It would be greatly appreciated if a staff member can fix this issue for me because I cannot advertise my game or any other game because of this issue. I even tried advertising the game on my alternate account but no luck whatsoever.
Expected behavior
I expect for the system to be working correctly as I have been having zero results on the countless campaigns I have made over the past month.
