Roblox Ads Manager Display Issue?

Campaign ID: c418c8bc-16c9-4278-9b0c-a38a15870ebf
Campaign ID: ce7d8658-d794-45ee-9e8b-8befa382e480

So, I started these two ad campaigns about 10 hours ago, and even though they show “active,” I’m not seeing any stats coming in. We spent quite a bit on these two ads, and currently, it’s the critical few weeks of the game, so I’m trying to figure out if this is a display issue or if the ad just isn’t running.

Expected behavior

Normally, after your ad campaign begins, within an hour, you should start seeing the different strings of data beginning to populate for each campaign. However, this is not the case for these two ad campaigns.

I am also having this issue.

To add further information for steps to recreate:

  1. Go to the Ads Manager
  2. Create a campaign
  3. Set a daily budget
  4. Set a start time
  5. Set a campaign length
  6. Run the Ad

I think the new Ads Manager is essentially having an outage right now. Ongoing campaigns are also affected: the stats have essentially become frozen and no longer update, however we’re still gaining the players we usually would from sponsors.

If this, however, is more than just a visual issue and actually affects sponsors running, I’d hope developers could be reimbursed for Robux lost. But right now it just seems like a visual problem with the site reporting analytics.

CC’ing @kayakrivers here for input.

I don’t believe this is just a visual issue. Normally we would be getting larger spikes of players as I’ve advertised similar daily budgets over the past few days. Now we’re not getting those spikes at all and our player count is near zero.

Issue seems to be resolved! Data just has to catch up now. Presuming it was only a visual issue.

I don’t think it’s a visual issue, I believe ads have stopped running completely for me. Hopefully, with this fix, it will start to run.

Hey – thanks for flagging this.

Reason: We temporarily paused an update that caused this issue. The data is now processing, but issue is also causing slower reporting across these metrics.

Things are resolved now and we estimate full recovery happen in the next few hours, stats should populate in chronological order. Really appreciate your patience!

hey @gionique @unsolemn @bvetterdays @FamedChris @ApparentlyGames - thanks all for sharing here. Also, thank you for your patience earlier today while reporting data was delayed. Everything is now back to normal — all data has been restored, and your campaigns are delivering as expected.

Happy to share any other info if helpful (basically, there was a data delay, but it’s all back up to speed now).

Thanks!!
