i have been trying to advertise my games but every time i try to advertise them they just get that dash where its supposed to be stats i have tried many times different ways please anything will help thanks
The bidding price might be too low, otherwise the only time I see the dashes is the first hour or two when I start an ad.
its strange tho cause i tried one with 0.10 bid price and still just dashes it just refunds my credits after
was the experience published less than a week ago? I read somewhere Roblox is holding ads on newly published places, otherwise I’d try to contact support to see if there’s an issue on your account.
i tried on a new game i made it didn’t work so i tested on an old game of mine didn’t work either so i contacted support and they just gave me a tutorial on how to make an ad which i already knew so im stumped rn
