Our game was rated 9+ before Ai moderation deleted the game which was related to the TextChatService API. After being brought back Online by Human Moderation the game was set as 16+ which was not explained to us or told why.
We cannot find anything that would allow us to have a Human reset the age back to 9+ as it was previously. Since our community is mainly players who are 14+ this is a massive hit for us and has reduced our playercount by over 60%.
Expected behavior
Due to our strict Moderator Team enforcing the Roblox ToS and our game implementing all necessary Roblox related safety measures we would expect to get our age rating reviewed once more. If there is something we are missing and left open to do on our end then we will ensure it happens as quick as possible.

The issue however is still present, we recently got moderated for having blood in our game (fleeting and short when punched). This put us back on 16+ rating and as a result we removed any and all blood from the game. When punched now the usual money/coin flying from the punched character appears with a small dust cloud. We are unsure if this still counts as blood and wish to get the 13+ age rating back since that is over 60% of our playerbase.
Would we need to remove the dust cloud aswell in order to select that our game does not include blood? @Caelestene
