Roblox AI Moderation is falsely banning accounts a year after the supposed violation

Right now, several users are being affected by a bug in Roblox’s automatic moderation system (AI Moderation) that is unfairly banning legitimate accounts, including mine and others linked to my email.

My main account, Cuta_nwn (https://www.roblox.com/users/607378933/profile), was banned for “creating an alternate account to evade moderation”.
The alleged violation dates back to April 28, 2024, but the ban was applied on October 8, 2025 — more than a year later.

I’m a Roblox YouTuber with 100K subscribers, mainly uploading event-related content, and a game developer with the group Epic Studios.
I have never evaded moderation or used alternate accounts to break any rules.
This entire situation has caused massive stress, along with losses in visits and Robux due to my projects being forced into inactivity.

I’m about to reach the 30 business days limit to appeal, but every appeal I’ve submitted has received an automatic response, with no real human review.
This issue seems related to the recent wave of false bans caused by AI Moderation errors.

Among the linked accounts is RadioCutoADMIN, which belonged to my younger brother.
That account rarely received any infractions and shows no activity that violates the platform’s rules, so it should not have been associated with my main account in the first place.

Other affected accounts:

Please look into this issue urgently, as it’s harming innocent creators and developers across the platform.

It’s also worth mentioning that there was already one case resolved regarding this exact issue by an administrator, but unfortunately, the rest of us affected have been ignored so far.

The date shown on the ban is the date that the account linked to yours was terminated.
In your case, the alternate account that Roblox has linked to you was terminated on April 28th, 2024.

It could be true, but none of the accounts had a ban before October 8th. In this case, the account RadioCutoADMIN was functional, as well as the account Armando936, since I had used it for Steal a Brainrot just a week earlier. The account CutaRespald is a recently created one from August of this year.

Hello! Yes, I watched your video — unfortunately, there’s not much I can do either. I’ve gone through the same situation myself and I’m still trying to understand what’s really happening, and why Roblox chose to deploy these actions behind closed doors. There’s a clear sense of desperation in their approach, as if they know their public image has already been irreparably damaged.

And now, I can’t even play Roblox securely like before. two-step authentication is gone. RIP.

I knew Roblox’s moderation had been slipping for a while, but I never expected them to dive head-first into their own pitfall and call it an improvement. It’s honestly both sad and impressive how far they’ve managed to take it.

It’s curious how they updated the date, but still haven’t given any response to the affected people. Only a few have managed to get unbanned…

UPDATE:

A few days ago, they responded by saying that it was a multi-account of “ramirezepam,” after days I managed to establish contact with this person, who is from Mexico, and I from Peru. Fortunately, we had a common contact who could help me contact him, and we conclude that neither is multi-accounted by another. But so far, Roblox support only refuses to help me and not give me a real solution.
