Right now, a certain group of people is abusing a bug in Roblox AI Moderation and falsely getting many Roblox accounts deleted including several people I personally know. I’ll attach links to their profiles and screenshots of the bans below. From the people I know, at least 10 have been affected already and that’s only those I personally know. Even a popular Roblox YouTuber with over 3M total subscribers and a Verified Badge on Roblox also got their account deleted about 10 minutes ago.
Half of these accounts were deleted in the last 10 minutes. I repeat, I do not monitor other people’s profiles and have provided a list ONLY of people I know. This is a huge problem and needs to be fixed urgently.
Please, @Kairomatic take some action regarding this issue. It’s back and looks like some bad actors are abusing the AI with reporting the classic “Bed” model in starter places — the default ones that are automatically created with user accounts.
New AI moderation surely needs to be tuned down, not even talking about “enforcement” bans, even though they need to be reviewed as well..
From what I gathered from people affected:
The account termination triggers shortly after you or somebody joins the place. (No report is needed).
Your appeal will be declined even if its an empty baseplate.
I’m not really sure what’s triggering the AI.
I’ve been banned for over two weeks for something from 2024 that never happened. Support has rejected two appeals so far, and now they’ve simply stopped responding.

Massive thank you for this post, I and 20 others prior to this post have been impacted by this over the past 4 weeks, I have about double the evidence that you do and I have made various posts across several platforms to spread awareness, but I have had no where near the amount of success that this post has.
I can verify this myself I was falsely terminated after joining it, and everyone like me who appealed has been denied. Hopefully roblox fixes this, I really want my account back.
you might wanna change the email of accounts you still have, roblox accounts that have been banned will make it so other accounts with the same email or phone number will be banned
Roblox, you use AI moderation to speed up your workflow.
You assume it cuts down time for report resolution.
But, if your moderation system has a 90% failure rate - Which you aren’t convincing anybody here it doesn’t - It is important to remember;
Every incorrect moderation action by the system is still “unresolved”,
and is an infinitely ticking clock.
Whatever “Oh our moderation boasts a 2-minute average response time!” you might be using to justify this to stockholders, you must be reminded, if you actually factored in the incorrect outcomes as unresolved, like you should… Roblox’s moderation system probably has an average of about two months per moderation action turnaround.
Do your math better, Roblox! Slow down. Be accurate.
Bump - An account of mine was terminated for the same reason on the 27th of September. The moderated game was the default classic starter place. All my appeals have been denied with the same copy and paste responses. When asking for evidence, this is what they tell me:
