I have been trying to contact support for a few times since a few weeks now, recently it has been redirecting me to an AI chat bot which ends up redirecting me to “human support”. It would claim it would send me an email for confirmation, however, I have waited for quite a while now and I have never received anything. I don’t know if I am missing something or if they are simply ignoring my problem.
I remember before they would at least send you an email that confirms you would get help, I haven’t received any of that though.
