Recently, I tried to reset my account because I lost access to my email and authenticator connected to an old account of mine, but the AI isn’t letting me create an actual support ticket. It just says that there is no way to verify ownership. Can an option be added to skip this AI chat?
Expected behavior
So you can skip AI support and not be forced to go via AI.
try directly emailing support@roblox.com from the email address that you verified your roblox account with
or log out of your roblox account and go to Roblox Support and fill out the form
i never had the ai chat problem i guess the only hope for OP is to log out of his roblox acc clear cookies and try creating support ticket with Roblox Support while being logged out of your roblox account
