The following issue is still happening, will give you the logs folder in private message.

Hello @MagicLuau ~~ thanks for the report!!
I’m looking into a few different bug reports that all appear to be pretty similar.

Would you be able to try something to help diagnose the issue for me?

Would you be able to select “Disable fullscreen optimizations” in your RobloxPlayerBeta.exe Compatibility Settings?

I found that disabling the fullscreen optimizations fixed the issue for me. Just curious if it also fixes this issue, or if maybe there’s a different root cause. Appreciate the help!!

Was fixing at first until i click another time on the top bar, seems not fixing the issue on my side, plus experiencing this only on certain experiences.

Seems like an issue you can head to Streaming, just tested at multiple position and only happened at some such as where streaming is probably loading assets and unload other assets.

Do you happen to have your FPS settings set at all? If you:

  • Disable Fullscreen Optimizations
  • Change your in-experience FPS Settings to 60 (through the in experience menu in Vehicle Tycoon, for example)

does it happen to fix the issue?

thanks so much for the quick reply!

Will attempt, currently experiencing the issue depending the area im at plus where im looking at. However setting fps cap to 60 fixed the issue on my side.

I too am experiencing this issue, although setting maximum FPS to 60 does resolve this.

Thanks for checking this for us!

We’ll be investigating further to see why higher framerates causes the odd glitchy title bar movement behavior. Will keep people posted here if we uncover anything!

@MagicLuau Hi there~ we rolled out some changes that will partially remedy the issue by dropping the FPS during the window move & resize loop. We have also planned changes for a longer-term fix but as these changes are complicated more time will be needed. That being said, from our testing, dropping the FPS during the move & resize loop does fix the issue in the majority of cases.

I will mark the issue as Fixed for now but please let me know if you’re still having the issue.
