Roblox App Rarely Opens and Fails to Load Games

I’ve been having issues with Roblox since last week. When I open the Roblox app, it almost always gets stuck on the loading screen and rarely finishes loading. On the rare times it does open, it doesn’t run well.

When I try to launch a game through the Roblox browser, the game window opens but never loads. This happens almost every time I use Roblox, so it’s basically impossible for me to play.

My internet connection is working fine, and I’m not having problems with other apps or websites. My PC also meets the requirements to run Roblox, and I’m using Windows 10. My current Roblox version is version-f6cd26d0e71b47c9.

This issue has been going on for about a week.

Expected behavior

I expect the Roblox app to open normally without getting stuck on the loading screen, and for games to load and run properly.

Could you include your system information and your log files? You can DM me the logs, just let me know when you did so. Thanks!

I’ve sent you a DM of my system informations but I didn’t find any log files in the temp while the problem is happening

If so, please try to find a Log File so we can be able to investigate it right away!

Just finished partitioning my SSD to make Roblox load faster!

Also, I never had this issue.
