Reproduction Steps

After the most recent Roblox update today (3/02/2023), when players join our game “Ultra Power Tycoon”, players are not able to walk and they are stuck in a falling state.

This problem started happening as soon as the new Roblox update was released, and also we didn’t publish anything new to the game this week.

Expected Behavior

The players should be able to walk normally without any problems.

Actual Behavior

The players are getting stuck into a falling state and they are unable to move.

Did you already fix something? Does the problem affect all players? I’m able to walk around fine visiting the place currently.

Problem was affecting a majority of players at its peak. Once the rollback on roblox’s end happened we shutdown all servers and saw it affecting fewer and fewer players.
