Hello everyone,
I’m trying to create my first clothing items in Roblox. I know how to weight vertices, texture, and model fairly well. My problem is that I can’t find a clothing template that includes a pre-weighted body. What I did was clone one of the cages to use as a body and applied automatic weights with the rig (which came separately). From there, I weighted the clothing, but when I upload it to Roblox Studio I notice that the weights don’t match Roblox bodies.
Is there any template that comes with everything together? (In the Combined Project Files it’s not really all unified). I’d like to be able to adjust the clothing and weight its vertices directly on that body.
