Roblox crashes after 1 minute of showing up nothing

Hi! I got a problem today when I wanted to play a game on my laptop, I wanted to play some Roblox but I noticed something that crashes every 1 minute of showing up nothing.

As showcased in the video, I went to open Roblox to play some games but then I suddenly noticed a problem that I would thought it won’t load but will show up an endless Roblox screen, but as I started noticing something, the Roblox app closes completely by itself WITHOUT any error messages. YET THE ROBLOX APPLICATION DIDNT EVEN OPEN UP THE HOMEPAGE :sob:

I tried the following solutions:

  • Reinstalling Roblox
  • Repairing and resetting the Roblox app
  • Restarting my PC

All didn’t work. :sob: The problem that made my Roblox Microsoft Store app on my computer completely unusable, unplayable, because whenever I try to start up the whole app, it starts loading nothing but the Roblox loading screen, then crashes after 1 minute BECAUSE IT DIDNT EVEN REACH THE HOMEPAGE

Does this also happen when using the universal version?

no, i believe that i only launched the game on the microsoft store app, the roblox launcher works fine, but the ms store app always crashes everytime i try to load at start
