Roblox crashes instantly on all my computers, ever since 64 bit Byfron update

I cannot make a post in Bug Reports for some reason.
It has been doing this for approx. 15 days, when the 64-bit Byrfron update was rolled out.
It is happening on both my PC running Windows 7 and Laptop running Windows 10

Processor: Intel Core™2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00 GHz
RAM: 2.00 GB
GPU: Intel Q45/Q43 Express Chipset
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

It’d happened to me as well, I complained a lot to ROBLOX Support but there are no figures. all they do is to re-install the app and asked about my internet problem; but with effort, I figured alternative way which I downloaded ROBLOX from Microsoft Store and it’s fine.

Can i use that Microsoft store version on Windows 7?

For future reference, you shouldn’t publicly post any crash log information and instead should DM it to the engineers to review

My DM was ignored and Roblox customer support is gaslighting me and telling me to restart my computer
