I’m currently new to building but I think textures in roblox
is inadequate or so old and I don’t know how to create or make new texture
Because when I making building with roblox standard textures it’s look horrible
I saw milions of roblox buildings that hav textures that is not in roblox
So I don’t know where I can find new textures or similiar stuff!

Search the Toolbox for textures by name, if you want a brick texture search for that specifically. Make sure it’s a Texture and not just a Decal.
Some people have even put together models with examples of a bunch of textures which you can go into the Properties of and change the StudsPerTileU and V values to fine tune the image.
There are lots of great texture packs in the toolbox,
Here is one that is in the toolbox, you can also look textures up, just search some keywords then upload the image into the game explorer.

There are some good places online to find textures. Just search for something like “free game textures” and there are some websites that have textures. You’ll have to upload them to Roblox yourself, but lot of them also have things like normal and specular maps, so when surface appearance comes out you can add those and make the textures look better. But I have never used any of those websites before, so you’ll need to look at their copyright policies just to make sure it’s ok to use them.
