Roblox denying OAuth2 application for no legitmate reason

Good morning all!

I’ve been trying to get my app approved, and roblox keeps denying it claiming that the sign-in is broken and does not work. I’ve already tried to submit a customer support ticket, and continue resubmitting it, but it keeps getting denied.

Clearly they’re actually reviewing it, but like I tried to tell @Hooksmith in a private message, the staff member who’s reviewing the application wouldn’t be able to do anything but get this page due to how the security settings are laid out.

Access is provided via group rank spread over multiple different groups associated within the community. A roblox staff member who doesn’t meet that would be unable to access any. The site IS accessable with the proper group rank, and here’s video proof of such.

I really don’t know what else to do, since I’ve been told to reach out to customer support and they reply with a bot reply of “Have you read the OAuth2 docs???”.

Apologies for my rant, any feedback or input is appreciated.

Roblox when you ask them to provide a real reason but their AI keeps taking over and spouting nonsense :

Customer support has got to be the worst area to replace human support staff with AI. Especially so when it isn’t even built to handle simple issues like this, and wasting people’s time instead

Honestly this is so true if it’s factual, The fact of the matter that OAuth is not one size fits all, every site does something differently and running what seems to be automated login attempts is not the way to do it.

I’m currently having this issue, did you ever get this resolved? I’ve posted my own bug report but I haven’t received a response on it yet and it’s preventing the release of my site :broken_heart:
