When exporting my model to Roblox Studio, one part of the model was damaged, how to fix it

Thats probably a problem of render. Take a look at Render Fidelity
No, I am talking about Robloxβs Render Fidelity. When you export a model from another engine, such as Blender, usually it comes out kinda bugged and ugly because the default render makes it look like that. Try searching inside the Mesh model and find something named βRender Fidelityβ
Ehh, it seems to be a normal issue. @fireldan2 you need to βrecalculate outsideβ in Blender.

Unfortunately, changing the settings in Render Fidelity did not help
Are you using mesh parts? Can you send us a screenshot of its configuration?
I managed to fix it thanks to the function βrecalculate outsideβ
