Hi everyone, I’m wondering how i can view my remaining balance that i need to withdraw before i can unlock the new rate.

I devex’d 1M on 2/20, but i received the old rate despite the robux coming from a group that was made way after September 5th.

Anyone? I’ve had no luck trying to contact support as I only have one subcategory option for the devex category

I think the only way to know precisely is to contact Roblox Support, even if you only have one category for questions about DevEx, I think it would be worth trying to contact them.

They usually take a while to reply, I sent my question also about my balance and it took almost 2 weeks for them to respond.

I devex’d 1,000,000 on 2/20, I recieved $3500 (The old rate)

I’m trying to figure out how much more i need to devex to clear me out of my old rate, i’ve contacted roblox but to no avail

Yeah, I tried contacting them but with the only option i chose it just defaults me to the AI and it keeps spewing random messages in response :frowning:

try putting “other” in the support thing, just try to get it so the ai bot doesn’t activate
