ROBLOX Does not Send Me 6-digit Verification in My Email

I came back to my old account after 2 years, log in using my password(currect one) then it says

We've detected suspicious activity on your account or signs that your credentials may have been compromised. To protect your account, we've temporarily locked it. Please recover your account to regain access.

After that it wants me to enter my email. i did enter my email and it wont give my the code in my emails inbox.

Expected behavior

I want to get into my account again.

I did not have any email on that account. it was created as an alt and that it

It got fixed by using an existing email from another account and sadly roblox does not want new emails on old accounts
