ROBLOX does not work with mobile hotspot

I have a JeXtream mobile hotspot device, where I have service with T-Mobile. I previously used it yesterday with no errors, however, today I have been unable to connect to ROBLOX with it. It’s important to note that I am using it to post this right now, with no issue(s).

When this first happened, I thought something was wrong with ROBLOX, but when I switch to my mobile phone’s hotspot, which is through Verizon, there was no issues.
My phone’s hotspot is limited to 15GB a month, my T-Mobile one is limited to 10GB, I switch between the two so I don’t go over the maximum on either one.

What is the issue here, and what do I do?

Try restarting roblox or reconnect your pc with your mobile hotspot. If you have a VPN on, turn this off. Or maybe your mobile hotspot is slow. (I’ve never used mobile hotspot before for player roblox)

This is due to the hotspot interfering with ssl certificates. And since toblox does ssl pinning they stop you if the certificate does not match

How do I fix that then? How do I get them to match?

It is usually very fast, faster than my mobile hotspot TBH. I do not use VPNs when I use either hotspot, and I have tried to turn off the firewall and whatnot.

Depends on the hotspot, they may have pushed a firmware update which included mitm.

This video ended up showing the solution. It worked for me, but many people in the comments said it did not fix anything for them.
