I have a JeXtream mobile hotspot device, where I have service with T-Mobile. I previously used it yesterday with no errors, however, today I have been unable to connect to ROBLOX with it. It’s important to note that I am using it to post this right now, with no issue(s).

When this first happened, I thought something was wrong with ROBLOX, but when I switch to my mobile phone’s hotspot, which is through Verizon, there was no issues. My phone’s hotspot is limited to 15GB a month, my T-Mobile one is limited to 10GB, I switch between the two so I don’t go over the maximum on either one.
Try restarting roblox or reconnect your pc with your mobile hotspot. If you have a VPN on, turn this off. Or maybe your mobile hotspot is slow. (I’ve never used mobile hotspot before for player roblox)
It is usually very fast, faster than my mobile hotspot TBH. I do not use VPNs when I use either hotspot, and I have tried to turn off the firewall and whatnot.
