Roblox Down for me, but can't post in Bug-Reports

For the last 5-6 hours both Roblox Studio and player have been down for me, with many different errors such as
HTTPError Connect Fail
Save Fail
etc.

My internet connections is perfectly fine.

I can’t post in the bug-reports category because of my devforum rank (which is impossible to upgrade), and last time I sent a bug report (15 days ago) via DMs of @Bug-Support , it was completely ignored.

So I have 2 questions:

  1. Is Roblox down for you too?
  2. How to report bugs to be posted in Bug Reports category and not be ignored.
