Roblox Gameservers with IP 128.116.13.34 are unjoinable

Whether you get matched with a Roblox gameserver that leads to 128.116.13.34 (European users), you will not be able to join it as the gameserver will be unjoinable for everybody. You will get an ID 17 Connection Error.

It has happened at least 3 times for me in the past week to get matched to a server that has IP 128.116.13.34 and it has always been ID 17 as error. In order to see if it was my network, I also used VPNs, which showed the same result. Therefore, this IP server set seems to be not working.

I have seen most Roblox servers have IPs ending in .33, so I believe this is just servers with an incorrect IP configuration or such

Error screen:

Here are some information I gathered to a server it was trying to connect to for debugging:

  • Place ID: 391104146
  • Server ID: c5211f05-4e4d-40f3-8c5f-64b9355b62fb
  • Datacenter ID: 448

I have the same issue. It’s been like that for almost a month now.

Thank you for reporting. That was indeed a bad IP address. The issue should now be resolved
