I have been trying to appeal for my main Roblox account, Clairemon1, which got terminated August 18th, 2026. However, whenever I try to appeal for that account, or try and contact Roblox Support, I get replied with this same message:
Roblox keeps saying the ban for my account was applied more than 30 days ago. However, my ban was only applied on August 18th, and my Roblox account was last seen online August 17th.
I’m reporting this as a bug because the Roblox moderation system appears to have gotten my ban date wrong. I have searched everywhere and nobody seems to have had my issue. I am very stuck because Roblox is no longer reviewing my appeals.
This has never happened to me before, nor have I seen the same situation happen to anyone else.

Expected behavior
Roblox gets my ban date right (August 18th, 2026), and allows me to appeal for my account.
