Roblox does not close itself fully when I click ‘Cancel’ button while installing.
It says ‘Another is already running’; I should always close it by Task Manager.

It always occurs and I think it would be difficult for me to give you a log.
Instead, I would give you detail explanation.
When I install Roblox or Roblox Studio and try to cancel it during it, installer doesn’t close fully.
It closes as application, but it still remains in Task Manager. I should always close it by Task Manager.
I don’t feel huge inconvenience, but it’s annoying little bit.
It may be off-topic, but Roblox file always be located in ‘Program Files (x86)’ every time I install it.
Will it make any problem?

I can give you all logs in my logs folder. Above one is the last one.
I see two things of concern in the log:
which looks like failing to access these downloadable assets over the network
and
which translating that error message appears to be “The specified path could not be found”.
For the former, we have not observed any issues on our end with the CDN which provides these assets for download, so there may be issues on your local network that are preventing you from accessing these downloadable resources.
For the latter, it could be that you’re in a weird state because of the Program Files (x86) install location you mentioned. This is an admin install, and if you try to then install as a non-admin later, it won’t have permission to access some of the files. Generally, we best support non-admin installs & may remove admin installs at some point in the future because of issues like these. If you uninstall Roblox completely & then attempt to reinstall Roblox without running the program as an administrator, does that resolve the issue for you?

As your advice,
I deleted Roblox and Roblox Studio as program and also removed AppData\Roblox and Program Files (x86)\Roblox.
And I reinstalled Roblox by RobloxPlayerInstaller.exe with non-admin.
After installer appeared, Versions folder has been located in Program files (x86)\Roblox.
Downloads, LocalStorage, and logs folders have been located in AppData\Roblox.
After that, installer has just closed and there are logs.

Hi, when uninstalling, please follow the Uninstall Guide, especially using the Windows’ “Add or Remove Programs” to remove Roblox completely. This should remove the weirdness with the admin installation completely.
Regarding the failures, looks like the common error between all the failed attempts is failing to download the Roblox zip file itself due to network issues. (https://setup.rbxcdn.com/version-b7e223555d904550-RobloxApp.zip). Are you able to download this link from a browser?

Hi @robloxminjae201202, sorry for the late reply. The error is consistently failing to download the RobloxApp.zip file, which is the biggest file to download for an update/install. The error code indicates it’s a network error, so there is not much we can do unfortunately. Have you tried restarting your router, or verifying that your network request is not getting blocked by any anti-virus or firewalls?

I didn’t have any anti-virus or such a thing, and yes I think it’s a network issue. I’ve tried restarting my router but it seems not working.
Are you on a centralized network where your network activity might be throttled (ex. School, Library, Office, etc)?

This means that the network connection was suddenly lost before completing a zip file download. If you are not able to establish a stable connection, keep retrying until the installation succeeds.
