Salutations Robloxians, I found earlier this year that my Roblox account was terminated after it had been hacked into by an account that has been since permanently banned. I’ve sent countless appeals, emails, phone calls, even other forum posts for someone at Roblox to hear me. Each and every single time it has been responded to with information that doesn’t make sense, again and again, without fail. For example, after leaving a voicemail to Roblox, they emailed me back with the same “you appealed under the wrong category, please select this category” speech for when you appeal on the website. You cannot appeal under certain categories when calling on a phone.
I’ve read on countless cases of things like this happening, and they all got appealed. I read somewhere (don’t remember where) that you have until around 30 days until Roblox starts to ignore your appeals, calls, and emails (I was banned on April 10th, it is now May 7th, 3 days away from the supposed deadline.). I believe they got their accounts back because of the popularity they gained from said incident, and important Roblox creators covering it and spreading it to Roblox.
Every time I get a response, it’s always one of the two pre-typed responses that Roblox gives. I’m starting to think that they don’t even have real people reading the appeals, considering how I explained literally everything that happened in them, and yet they keep getting denied.
If anyone’s reading this past May 10th, please have some sympathy, spread this on other platforms so I can reach a wider audience. This account is over 8 years old, and is stuffed with limiteds and rare items/accessories. This is one of my last resorts.
