For better understanding and contect here’s my post here:
I’ve been doing everything I can to get my account back all through roblox support during the time I was hacked and I got my account back I also did the same thing getting my limiteds resotred back to me through roblox support and not only did they Terminated one of the hackers account they shortly after did mine. My account is now Terminated and they aren’t giving it back to me for
'misusing roblox systems" and " You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account"
Again if you read my first post above for context I gave them all the evidence I have and they’ll need along with my support ticket’s, screenshots, usernames, they already seen my ID when voice chat beta was a thing so I gave them all the info on there as well (thats how I got my account back from being hacked along with many tickets)
but not only that the timing on when I’m getting responses back from them after they said they will review my case again its so short for the very LONG gmail I wrote back to them just for them to slap me with this:
There’s NO WAY they went over EVERYTHING I gave them just to get hit with the same thing over and over again and they wouldn’t even tell me what these issue is for “misusing roblox systems” but they have no no problem redirecting me back to Roblox support, but it doesn’t matter what I say it gets automatically shut down by them telling me I’m misusing the Roblox system or I’m still typing, and I get the pop-up that Roblox support said something in the no-reply gmail I haven’t sent anything to yet, telling me “Thank you for contacting Roblox Appeals about your moderation concern about: creating or using an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account.”
I need help I’ve tried contacting roblox staff on here but they all ignored me
