Roblox keeps deleting my boss fight track for “cursing” even though it has none

I don’t know what else to do at this point. Roblox keeps taking down one of my boss fight tracks, and every single appeal I file gets denied for “Cursing”.

Here’s the problem: there is no cursing in this track.
The only vocals in it come from a sample, which have been chopped up and heavily distorted.

So unless Roblox thinks the words “nobody knows” is offensive, this makes no sense. The moderation AI seems to hear chopped-up vocal bits and automatically assumes they’re curse words, and then support just immediately declines my appeal.

This is extremely annoying because it’s completely killing my ability to use this track in my game. I don’t care if their system thinks its a bad word, there are no bad words in it.

Does anyone know how to actually deal with this? Is there any way to get a real person to look at the audio instead of the AI just flagging it over and over? Because right now it feels impossible to get my audio through without ROBLOX’s broken system deleting it.

And it’s not copyright either. U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107) looks at whether a work is transformative, how much of the original is used, and whether it affects the market for the original. The sample I used is under 30 seconds long and completely transformed.

This is the song, if any of you want to listen to it, although I was in a voice call with my producer while he was screensharing while he made the ENTIRE song and he never even used anything remotely close to cursing.

Ever a chance it hears:

‘no buck ing’ knows
or
‘no buck y’ knows

instead of ‘nobody’ knows?

I can’t really tell if it’s something like ‘bucky’ / ‘facky’.
Not sure if possible, but what would happen if you changed or cut out that pronunciation between “no” and “knows”? I’m just guessing as that’s the only word that’s somewhat hard to hear (for me) :man_shrugging:

I suppose so, i’ll probably just speed it up and call it a day
