Roblox Microsoft Store Version Has A Chance Of Not Giving You Your Robux

When buying Robux from the Microsoft Store version of Roblox, there is a small chance you will not receive your Robux. The purchase will go through Microsoft, but then fail to add to your account, and there is no proof it is tied to the Roblox account other than the Microsoft Transaction. This has happened to me twice now, once Roblox Support gave it to my account, the other time they told me to contact Microsoft for a refund (Which I never received). It is possible that this has something to do with my other bug report, but I do not know since I am not an engineer.

Expected behavior

I expect to receive my Robux that I purchased, and to have the ability to be given the Robux I didn’t receive but paid for.

Thank you for the report. This is an acknowledgement message. We have assigned to our team for further review.

Hi it is possible that it’s related to the crash you mentioned in the other thread, we are investigating.
On the other hand, have you tried restarting Roblox? That usually triggers a re-processing of any pending purchases.

Yeah, Support has told me to do so several times, but I never have ended up receiving it. I also reinstalled the app. I kept being prompted by Microsoft that “I already own this,” even though it’s an item that can be purchased multiple times. I somehow did fix the prompt but I don’t remember how, I think it was after I reinstalled. Thank you for investigating.

Our team is actively reviewing this and we should have an update in the coming months.
