Roblox paused the group games and ugc verification waves for group owner and contributors in october 2024 because of people selling the checkmark.
In junary 31st 2024, @xBigBroGregx said that group owners should be verified again:
But only groups and not group owners were getting verified until August 7th when roblox finally fixed this bug.
for my part, i was eligible since they stopped the wave and got my group verified 3 days after @xBigBroGregx 's post during the wave of February 2025 :
But no verification badge for group owners. Until august 7th 2025 when they fixed this bug, group owners were getting verified again. But my game lost the requirments in april 2025 and i have not been verified.
I contacted the support multiple time but they ignore me or give me the same answer :
What can i do ? I worked hard to get this badge and i should have it but no
