I own a game and roblox moderation keeps taking it down every ~3 days for having “wrong questionnaire”, specifically, this is the response from moderation: “Your response: None, Our moderators response: Free Form User Creation (Present)”. My game is listed as all ages so does not contain a Freeform Usercreation tag on it and that is because the paint in the game does not replicate towards other players. This means other players can not see your paint and you can’t see other peoples paint. Roblox rules state Freeform Usercreation does not apply if the objects aren’t replicated to other players.
I do appeal the false ban attempt and it does succeed which is good, however I cant just keep doing that every 3 days. Submitting ban appeals.
Yes, It happens everytime I publish an update, there is a chance a stupid moderator reads it and doesnt read the clear warning in the description or the million warnings in the game where it shows it doesnt contain freeroam drawing. It just got taken down again for the same reason . It takes multiple days to get it back up to All Ages too which is just making me loose lots of revenue.
i have a similar issue, except the reason for me is “misusing roblox systems”, which i am obviously not. i can get it appealed but everytime i update the game, it gets taken down.
