So currently I am working on a guessing game and one of my sections that I am working on is the youtuber section. For each section I have a picture that sort of encapsulates the section itself. So, for instance, for the youtuber section I have the youtube logo. I am attempting to save my game when I see an error message in the bottom left corner and I just know that something was up. Go to the roblox website to see that I have been banned for a day because it flagged the youtube logo as “directing people off site”. Honestly I am just beyond confused about the entire thing because the picture does not have a link or anything leading people off the site at all. And for two, if roblox doesn’t want people going off site, why do they have the option for people to display links to youtube, twitch, etc, in their profiles/groups? I also made sure to scan through the terms of service just in case I missed something in particular but there is nothing deeming this as breaking the terms. So, honestly, I am just very confused to say the least. I already sent in to appeal the ban but I am not sure if it’s worth it since it is only a day ban. Also not sure if this was the right category but just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem as well. It is frustrating to say the least, especially when any photos uploaded has to have the “right” name, etc.
