When I was trying to figure it out how to make character bundles in roblox with avatar setup. I import lots of times the same model for fixing the warning avatar setup gave me. Here is the model and my appeal
Roblox says this model id discriminatory, first of all I didn’t even published this model. I was just testing this in studio.
Second of all here is the link of the same character selling on roblox marketplace.
I don’t even understand what is discriminatory. Even if it is, It would only be fair to warn me 1 times not 20 times because all of them are same model. If I would know this got my account terminated I wouldn’t continue to develop this character. They also accepted my first violation of this character with the same comment
Roblox has had a history of blocking or banning anything related to that meme, even back when it was around. That’s most likely the problem for them constantly taking action against it.
Ok but what is the problem. Do you think my account can be saved just because it was the same character 20 times. Even my first appeal is accepted so this is roblox’s saying go ahead it’s fine but after that they gave appeal 20 times and denied
I’m not sure, usually Roblox would just delete the model after the first offense but them doing this is unusual. I would try contacting support over it and see if something can be done.
I fixed the errors of the model in blender and exported again then imported again. So they thougth this is a new model. What do you mean by support. I tried support form but even that is not working
Ah, I would just stay away from doing anything related to that particular meme then, Roblox just doesn’t like the character and the meme it’s tied to so that’s probably just the problem in this case. And yeah, Roblox’s support is pretty incompetent when it comes to stuff that can’t be resolved without an automated bot sending a link.

I know AI moderation is bad but humans are bad too? This is highly disappointing for Roblox.
I fear they will stall me with these kinda unrelated answers to my real complain and then ban for 1 month deadline.

This is a fairly old issue that Roblox has had, and I might’ve forgotten some of the finer details of the issue, but I’m fairly sure that the meme was accused of promoting ethnic stereotypes against groups.
I don’t know whether this is a legitimate concern or whether this is just boring cancel culture ruining popular trends, but there are arguments both for and against the issue.
Looking it up online, I think knowyourmeme provides a more in-depth explanation into how it might be offensive, better than the one I’ve given here at least, and even then, there are online articles about it. I recommend you go check it out (won’t hyperlink since I doubt Roblox moderation would like that).
TL;DR: apparently it promotes ethics stereotypes, i advise you go look it up on somewhere like knowyourmeme. This is a known issue with Roblox along with other platforms.
I see where roblox is coming from for moderating it once. Where I draw the line (and I think anyone else would too) is compounding every single upload of it like it was multiple rules broken. They should have just deleted all of them in the first offense and just given a normal warning/ban. I swear it’s like these moderation bots are constantly thinking “it’s been too long since I’ve terminated somebody” after 3 seconds pass.
I looked at marketplace before doing that character. It was already there so I thought it would be fine.
+I didn’t upload this to anywhere I was just testing in Studio for compatibility but I learned that there is a tick that says upload to roblox even that I didn’t intend to.
Unfortunately… I do not expect like perfect moderation but at least hire real humans to fix these kinda mistakes. Everyone knows this is unfair, but AI doesn’t care.
You know what makes it worse? They wiped out your account over it so quickly, yet I reported that ugandan knuckles bundle you linked when I made my post, yet it’s still up an entire hour and a half later. Such inconsistent moderation.

In any case, I hope things do end up going your way eventually. AI moderation definitely needs to be fixed/heavily scrutinized on this platform…
this is absurd - you should of just been warned with a reason why it’s not allowed, model is deleted and moved on
terminating the account is just overboard and should be looked into
I am willing to bet if you were to upload the moon seeing stars limited from your files as a uploaded mesh roblox would terminate you for offensive content
They don’t care tbh. I heard some guy with million dollar in his roblox account get banned from a classis tshirt he made years ago. They don’t care developers.
