Excuse me if I’m using the wrong tags, but I simply have to speak about this.
And please dont skip the entire topic after reading ‘moderated my account’
Roblox has moderated my account multiple times in the past three months, leading to my termination.

My first ban was for a game I made with around ~3k or ~5k In every single moderation note, it was mentioned that “this decision was automated.” The reason was always: “Roblox does not permit users to deploy or discuss any method of cheating on the platform.”

Here’s the thing—my game is private and has been for months. The last time I touched it was also months ago. The last time I accidentally joined it was last weekend in Studio (5/3/25).

And the last time anyone has touched my game was 3 months ago before i was banned for 7 days.
(once again after the moderation team said that my consequences have been removed)

Every time I appeal, the moderators agree with me that I’ve been wrongfully terminated and claim to have removed the consequences—but that is not true. Every ban after that led to me being banned for a longer period.

I also have a join logger in my game that detects Roblox’s bots scanning my game, and no one has joined aside from me. Here’s an example of my logs:

This is extremely frustrating, and I’ve told them repeatedly that this is a problem with their AI moderation system.

Now, you may think, “Maybe your game has something Roblox doesn’t allow.” Well, I took the game down, and it has never been banned before—until late 2024, when it was public. Maybe my argument isn’t the strongest, but I honestly don’t know what else to say. The moderation team has agreed that my game doesn’t violate the rules.

(let me make it clear the game was public for like 5 months, thats when the first ban came in late 2024.)

also yes im fully aware that roblox support always copy and paste’s their responses. and im not sure if a human ever looks at the appeals.

I hope this gets Roblox’s attention so they finally see the issues with their detection system.

I had a slightly similar situation like this not that long ago. I got my 2nd copyright strike because of a game called caseoh simulator which had baldis basics map in there. I forget about it and because of that, I can’t even make any games anymore without doing intense research on it to make sure no copyrighted stuff is on there. But that game also only had 4 visits, that had me questioning “What is the point of copyright striking someone if this attracted accurately almost no one at all?”.

Now i am afraid of publishing my games.

So apparently if i don’t do anything, i might get banned automatically… Worse if i actually mistakenly break the rules.

I am not surprised. My experience has been similar. Roblox banning and warning me falsely.

The thing is, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong because Roblox support provides the smallest amount of information possible in their replies. I don’t use any free models, nor do I paste anything into my game that I didn’t make myself. So, I cannot even remove whatever is triggering their AI. In my case, it’s always a false positive, and I’m afraid that if they do restore my account, they’ll just permanently remove it the next time their systems get triggered on a private game.

In my situation im not breaking the rules, its always a false positive where i have to go through their support once again and read the same reply “Thank you for contacting Roblox Appeals about your moderation concern. We would like to inform you that after further review we have fully removed the consequence from the account 5l4xd. This moderation action will not negatively affect the account in the future.” I dont know what to do with my game anymore. its private, no one can access it and there is no option to simply delete the game.

Have you implemented the Adonis admin because that could be why. Btw you should send more screenshots here.

No, like i mentioned before i only use stuff in my game that i coded myself, no admins whatsoever. And what other pictures should i put here?
