Roblox needs to fix their image moderation

I wanted to make a health bar for my game and use a slowly deteriorating cross as an icon. I didn’t think much of it since I had already uploaded 10 out of 12 states of the cross and then I got banned for 1 day for ‘discriminatory content’. For this image:

I can’t wrap my head around how this is offensive or discriminatory. I’ve read into hateful cross-like symbols but none of them resemble the cross I made. I also looked into the Geneva Convention but they only protect red crosses, crystals and crescents so this cross also doesn’t fall into that category. Before you ask me to appeal, I already did I’ve did it 2 times on the ‘Violations & Appeals’ site and then one on the support forum but all of them got denied. I’m pretty sure all of them we’re automated too since my appeals got reviewd almost instantly. I’m not particulary mad about the 1 day ban, I can wait that out but I’m just frustrated to why this even got banned in the first place, because nothing about this asset is discriminatory. And I don’t know what to try next, but I appreciate any suggestions on what I should do.

Expected behavior

This icon should’ve just got accepted and I shouldn’t have got banned for a day because of a normal white cross.

while I agree with you I don’t think “studio bugs” is a correct category for this tho

wait you even made a ticket to the real support? and you somehow got declined there? this is really weird

Yes this might be the incorrect category for this. I didn’t know exactly where to put this, so I searched for posts containing ‘moderation’ and someone with the same problem posted in here. Where should I put it instead?

It’s not a big issue, it’s caused by their automatic moderation but if you appeal it the appeal takes like 60 seconds to be reviewed and the deleted image is reverted.

Thanks for the feedback. We’ve channeled the feedback to the appropriate teams.
