Roblox not downloading MacOS

I recently got the new MacBook Air to use as a spare laptop, but I’ve run into an issue—Roblox won’t launch at all. The installer doesn’t open, no matter what I try. I’ve attempted using a different browser and have restarted the laptop multiple times, but nothing has worked so far.

I’m not sure if this is a macOS-specific issue or something else entirely, but it’s quite frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this?
