Roblox parts do not measure correctly or position offset by 0.001 studs and that affects surface welds not being functional anymore

when trying to build a basic building that is destructible is that the first thing that annoys me is when stacking up new floors by duplicate and then collision set to on with incremented moves with 1 stud, the stack parts’ positions as I see in the properties are not displayed correctly e.g normal position: 0,2,0 as expected but displayed 0,1.998,0
and the surfacewelds do not function because of this offset problem
