Roblox frozes for amount time before playing the games, also sometime when i tried to play game, Roblox closed himself with no error, sorry for my grammar.

information system:

             Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit
    Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1335U 
               Memory: 16384MB RAM
  Available OS Memory: 16024MB RAM
            Page File: 10989MB used, 7934MB available

Nothing wrong with your specs tho. You can do these steps to try and fix that:

  1. Clean %temp% files
  2. Clean temp files
  3. Clean up your disk
    If these steps didn’t work try now these:
  4. Unistall Roblox
  5. Clean up/Remove the Roblox folder in Local AppData
  6. Install again

You can also try to add Roblox to High Perfomance Mode in Gaming Settings in Windows Settings

Also, Where temp file? (Character limit)

For the %temp% and temp you can use Windows + R to search them (just type them in and remove everything inside them)
Clean up disk tool you can just search it up.
And to remove the Roblox folder you can do %localappdata% (Remove the roblox folder because when you unistall roblox it doesn’t get removed, it has to be manually removed

It’s to store data about the user and other temp files. Normally it wastes space and has old data. It can have corrupted files there and that’s what can cause the crashing.
But remember to unistall first Roblox then delete the folder.

That’s exactly what is wanted. That means that you don’t clean it since forever. After unistalling and clearing the Roblox Folder from Local App Data (along with the temporary files), you can install Roblox again.
Did it crash? Is it better? You can tell me anything i’ll answer, any doubt too
