Roblox Player and MS store app do not launch

Date first experienced: 9/18/23

Constistency: Constant
Impact: High, can’t test important game features in test servers

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Try to play a game from the website or try opening the Roblox app

Expected Behavior: Roblox will run like normal
Actual Behavior: For the roblox player, it says starting Roblox but never launches, for the MS store app, it shows the Roblox logo for around 2 seconds and instantly closes.
